“I have never lived in such a well-appointed and maintained apartment. The apartment itself is well designed and comfortable with the heat pump heating and cooling system. “Landers” is our name. We live at Birkett Landing, in Penn Yan. All of the people who live here are friends as well as neighbors. We share treats, advice, the latest news, jokes… Definitely, we enjoy living at the Landing! Inside our building, each apartment is unique, with completely different styles, decor, lighting, and scenery. Noticing what’s happening along the outlet, watching the birds and an occasional beaver or family of ducks, is an entertaining adventure for many of us. Good walking inside the building as well as outside, keeps people healthy. Pets-our own and our friends’ – provide lively encouragement or us to get fresh air and exercise. ”
