Birkett Landing features two one-bedroom apartments with dens, five two bedroom and six two-bedrooms with den apartments, including a two-bedroom penthouse on the entire top floor. The apartments range from 1,200 to 1,700 square feet, with one and a half to two and a half bathrooms and a laundry room in each. Each is furnished with hardwood floors, granite countertops, open floor plans and high end appliances. Parking is on-site for residents, their guests and patrons of the commercial spaces of Birkett Landing. Access to the residences is via secured entries and all are handicapped accessible by way of the central elevator.
Everything You Need
Three units have loft sleeping spaces and those with dens can make use of them as flexible guest spaces. In addition to stairs within the loft apartments, the upper levels are conveniently accessible from the upstairs hall so residents can utilize the elevator to move in furniture.
Also located off the third-floor hallway are private storage areas for each of the apartments. Residents will find this additional, secure space a convenient way to house seasonal decorations, change of clothes, bicycles, hobby equipment and the like. A fitness room on the ground floor is for the exclusive use of the residents and public rest rooms are conveniently located across the hall from the fitness area.
Residents will be able to take advantage of a coffee bar slated to be located on the first floor of Birkett Landing, adjacent to the parking lot. Outdoor spaces have also been designed for residents to enjoy. Patio spaces invite relaxing, dining and get-togethers at the water’s edge.
